2011 - 2012 Individual baseball / softball lessons

ROOKIES BASEBALL EXPERIENCE is committed to the development of Manitoba's youth. Due to the climate in our province, we are at a definite disadvantage when it comes to improving our skills in an outdoor atmosphere. Because of this fact, ROOKIES has developed indoor training sessions designed for the winter months. These training sessions are available in three options and include tailored instruction of all skills required in the games of baseball and softball. All sessions are instructed by ROOKIES’ professional staff – your choice of a small group (4 athletes) or individual instruction.

Instruction Includes:

Pitching, throwing, catching, fielding, hitting, and an extensive stretching and conditioning program. Teaching and learning is aided by the use of video analysis in all options.  All group instruction will include a maximum of 4 athletes and cover 2 skills over 1½ hours.  All individual instruction will cover 2 skills over 1 hour. 

All winter lesson packages will now include two baseball/softball specific conditioning sessions per week.   These sessions will be supervised by certified instructors and be hosted two days per week with flexible time slots.

Option 1:   From October 24 - December 18  (8 weeks of instruction)

• 2 video analysis sessions

Individual Rate: optional condition session                           $ 360.00

Individual Rate: includes 2 conditioning sessions/week        $ 520.00

Option 2:   From January 8 – April 21  (14 weeks of instruction)

• 3 video analysis sessions                                

11 and under Rate:                                                               $ 560.00

Group Rate: (must register in groups of 4)                          $ 490.00

Individual Rate: optional condition session                          $ 630.00

Individual Rate: includes 2 conditioning sessions/week       $ 910.00

Option 3:   From October 24 – April 21  (23 weeks of instruction)

• 5 video analysis sessions                                

11 and under Rate:                                                               $ 920.00

Group Rate: (must register in groups of 4)                            $ 805.00

Individual Rate: optional condition session                            $ 1035.00

Individual Rate: includes 2 conditioning sessions/week         $ 1496.00
