All player must play at least two defensive innings Maximum bat barrels dimensions are 2 1/4" Score will count, after last complete inning played. No leading off No stealing until ball crosses the plate Local rules All regular season games, maximum 1 1/2 hours time limit. All play-off games, maximum 2 hours time limit. No new inning will start after time limit has been reached No time limit on championship final game No advancing on any base, after overthrow to first base. All base runners must earn way home from third base. MINOR LEAGUE LOCAL RULES(9 & 10 YEAR OLDS) All games to be played six on six without outfielders All regular season games, maximum 1 1/2 hours time limit All play-off games, maximum 2 hours time limit No new inning will start after time limit has been reached No time limit on championship final game No advancing on any base, after overthrow to first base All base runners must earn way home from third base No leading off No stealing until ball crosses plate Outfield fence is in play.
