Fall Instructional League ROOKIES BASEBALL EXPERIENCE will be conducting for the twelfth year, a six week instructional league for those interested in continuing playing and learning the game of baseball. With plenty of warm weather remaining, we feel there is a great opportunity to continue learning and practising the fundamentals that make us better ball players. Learn form professional instructors who all have playing experience. The Fall League concentrates on positional play followed with instructional games. NEW Rookies Prep All-Star Team The Rookies Prep All-Star Program wishes to invite all 13 & 14 year old student/athletes to an open pre-program workout at Canwest Global Park, on Thursday August 28, 2008 starting at 6:30pm. All student/athletes should be prepared to participate in a full workout so please come dressed accordingly. By attending this workout, you are NOT obligated to continue with the program. Rookies is proud to introduce the inaugural year of a 13 & 14 year old Prep program that will concentrating on top quality training over the winter months. Eligible athletes will be born prior to May 1, 1994. The objectives of this eight month program is to provide a consistent, progressive skill developing program that will work hard to ensure all student/athletes leave with a better understanding of their personal fundamentals. The program will travels to Memphis, Tennessee for a tournament and exhibition games during Spring Break.
